Raúl & Evelyn Elizalde

Pastors Raúl & Evelyn Elizalde were born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico where they went to College and Theological Seminary. They met in the same church and got married in 1981. After being members and part of the ministry staff of Iglesia Bautista de Glenview, they answered the invitation from the Baptist General Association of New England to move to Massachusetts to start a new church among the Hispanic peoples of Worcester. They did it in May 1983. By God’s grace people joined the church, building a family of believers and committed great leaders. Two other churches were planted in the area. Pastors Elizalde have two grown daughters: Itamar and Abigail, two sons in law: Gregory and Jean Carlos and three grandchildren: Mariella, Julián and Melody. Their vision is to “get out of the way” of what God wants to do through a bilingual congregation ministering to different generations, as well as future ones. God deserves all the glory! 

Brian McPherson

Pastor Brian McPherson has been ordained to minister God’s word since December of 1999. Born and raised in Boston, MA he relocated to Worcester County in 2021 to answer a greater call to serve. He has a heart for shepherding men in our community and offering Christ centered counseling to couples desiring holy matrimony. Brian is a dedicated prayer partner, coach, and mentor to many. He’s called to be a builder for the kingdom of God with a Nehemiah like sprit, operating within the Master’s plan on the solid foundation of Jesus Christ. Brian and his wife Marielena McPherson have been married since 2012, they cherish and adore their 5 adult children, and seven grandchildren.

Alynson Mirabal

Pastora Alynson Mirabal was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She has resided in Worcester Ma since 1992. Married to Víctor Mirabal for 39 years. With two children, Ademi and Víctor Jr. One of them, Ademi, is Pastor of the Seacoast Community Church in Portsmouth N.H. Alynson has three granddaughters, one grandson, and another to come. Ordained as a Pastor on May 7, 2023. She is passionate about discipling new converts, providing the support and spiritual tools necessary to strengthen their knowledge and relationship with God, as well as their spiritual growth; at the same time that they persevere and make others also participate in the gift of salvation.
